A CNA or Certified Nursing Assistants job is a great place to start in the nursing field. You’ll be extremely involved in patient care including making sure that sick and injured patients full needs are being met. The best thing about CNA training is that you can be a CNA very quickly. A CNA must have a High School diploma or a GED and pass at least 6-12 week CNA training program. Then you can start. Its fairly simple. CNA certification can be achieved at a Community College or a Healthcare facility.

If you choose to go the classroom route in getting your certification, it will include basic skills in Nursing, Nutrition and Infection Control. Students will also get a tremendous amount of hands on knowledge in a classroom setting.
